Questions about paying
Is the free check really free?
Yes. There is no trial and no card. Check as many pages as you like, within a fair-use limit on how many scans you can run per hour.
Is the extensive audit a subscription?
No. It is a single payment of £1.99 for one audit of one site. Nothing renews and we never store your card — Stripe handles the payment.
What is Headnoted Pro?
An optional monthly subscription: £4.99 a month for up to 10 extensive audits a month, run from any of your reports without a checkout each time. Cancel any time from Billing; it keeps working until the end of the month you've paid for.
Do I still pay £1.99 per audit with Headnoted Pro?
No. Your £4.99 monthly subscription includes up to 10 extensive audits with no extra charge. After using them, you can wait for your next billing month or choose an extra one-off audit for £1.99.
Do unused audits roll over?
No. Your 10 audits reset at the start of each billing month.
What do the AI prompts do?
Each fix comes with a prompt you paste into ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot or Cursor. It tells the assistant your site, the issue, the pages affected and our suggested code, and asks it to walk you through the fix — and to ask you for anything it does not know rather than invent it.
What if I want to check the same site again later?
Free checks are always free, so you can re-check any page after making changes. A new extensive audit is a new one-off payment, or one of your Headnoted Pro audits.
What if the extensive audit fails?
If something goes wrong while your paid audit runs, you can rerun it from your report at no charge. If that does not fix it, open a support ticket and we will sort it out or refund you.
Can I get a refund?
Open a support ticket from your account (or use the contact form) and tell us what happened. We handle refunds case by case.
Where do I find my receipts?
One-off payments are listed under Billing in your dashboard, each with its Stripe receipt. Headnoted Pro invoices are in Stripe's billing portal, which you open from the same page.
