The free check costs nothing. You pay only if you want extensive SEO audits: a one-off £1.99 each, or Headnoted Pro at £4.99 a month for up to 10 audits a month.
Paying
You pay by card on Stripe's secure checkout page. Your card details go to Stripe; we do not store them. A one-off audit is a single payment and nothing renews. Headnoted Pro renews every month until you cancel it. Payments here are for Headnoted only; Footnoted, our sister tool, bills separately.
The Billing Page
Open Billing in the sidebar to see:
- Your Headnoted Pro subscription, if you have one: its status, when it renews (or ends), and how many of this month's audits you have used
- How many one-off audits you have bought and the total you have spent on them
- Every one-off payment, with its date, description, status and amount
- A Receipt link for each card payment
Click a payment's description to open the report it paid for.
Managing Headnoted Pro
Click "Manage, cancel or change card" on the Billing page. It opens Stripe's billing portal, where you can cancel, update your card and download your Headnoted Pro invoices. If you cancel, Headnoted Pro keeps working until the end of the month you have paid for.
Cancelling at Checkout
If you leave the checkout page without paying, or click its back link, nothing is charged and no payment appears on your Billing page.
Refunds and Questions
Open a support ticket - there is a link at the bottom of the Billing page - and tell us which payment it is about.
Deleting Your Account
Deleting your account cancels Headnoted Pro straight away and deletes your reports. We keep a record of past payments for our accounts, without your name or email address.
